Describe your website.

The primary purpose of my website is to show people the services we provide including electrical, sound masking, and communications wiring, cabling, and equipment. The secondary purpose is to list salvaged products we have to sell.

Who is the target audience for your website?

Persons or business in Aberdeen or northeastern South Dakota looking for electrical, sound masking, or communications wiring, cabling, or equipment.

What is the advantage of your website over others?

Two of the reasons we try to show in our website why somebody should choose us over our competitors is our 50 years in business and our experience and wide variety of skills.

Tell us a story about this website.

The site is relatively new, so I don't have any anecdotes yet, but several people have commented they like the look of the new site.

Why did you use this Sandvox design?

I chose the blueprint design which seemed to go well with the idea of a contracting or construction industry website, which is the type of business I am trying to promote.

What techniques did you use to build this website?

I had lists of salvaged products in spreadsheets I wanted to sell. I was able to save them as HTML documents and then import them to Sandvox as raw HTML pages. In the future I hope to create new pages for the products and include pictures and PayPal integration to create an e-commerce store.
